want some help for linden house

excuse me, my friend name  Canakkalee Resident , he have be premium acc, and get one home by linden, so he cant not control  lighting and doors, so i trying read  on Wiki but still confuse , so wanna some help plz..sorry my english not well

Some Linden Home Control's are buggy and don't seem to work. What your friend needs to do is hop into the Second Life Live Chat (Only available to premium accounts) and to let the support person know their Linden Home control panel is not working. They will fix it asap.
