Can you run scripts on premium homw property? How many avi can be on the property?

Yes you can run scripts. Just keep in mind running too many of them can cause lag in the neighborhood, so use them with parsimony. That's only being respectful towards others, just as you'd expect to be respected.

As for the number of avatars, there is no limitation other than common sense. Considering the size of the premium homes, 15 guys standing in the house would already be a huge crowd!
