Abandon your current house then go to the web site and select another.  You can't select the location, only the style but you can change houses up to five times a day.  If you don't see the style you want, it isn't available and you will have to wait until one does become available.  You may want ot look on the website first before abandoning your current house.

To abandon a Linden Home, go to the land tools and on the first tab, hit abandon.  Be sure to remove all your items before you do this.

To add a minor point to Amethyst's great answer:  You must be IN your Linden Home to abandon it.
