governor linden returned a game I bought fair and square months ago, full perm everything

So I have this land I made into a sandbox, spending about 4 months in earnings I went and bought a game fair and square, FULL PERM everything go to find out a Governor Linden returned it, if it's FULL PERM then why was it returned to me, I should get my lindens back then

If it was returned to you, what's the problem?  You're not out any money. If it was a Skill Game and you were setting it up outside a Skill Gaming region, you're lucky that you got it back.  Skill Games are only allowed in registered areas.  See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Second_Life_Skill_Gaming_Policy

Sorry, the new Skill Gaming policy does not permit you to run skill games that offer cash prizes, except on Skill Gaming regions.
