Why isn't the abandon land tab highlighted so I can abandon my Linden home?

I want to get a different Linden home but I am not able to abandon my existing Linden home. The abandon land tab is not highlighted. Any suggestions and/or help appreciated. Thanks!

Don't click on the ground and open About Land. Stand in the house and open Parcel Details from the World menu and then that button should be enabled.

Ohjiro is right...most likely you are simply selecting the wrong ground.  Linden Homes almost completely fill their parcel, so it's difficult to click on the ground of the parcel.  World/About Land (also called "Parcel Details") is an easy way to get the right parcel.

If that doesn't work, then maybe you're in the wrong Linden Home.  They all look alike, so that's an easy mistake to make.
