Reducing land holds from 1/2 sim to 1/4 sim...

My group , composed of 4 Premium members who deeded their 512 to the group (4048 free), now holds 33280.  We want to reduce that to 1/4 sim...  what do I do?

The most important part of those instructions is the warning that you should be sure to specify that you want to sell the land only to yourself, or someone else may buy it.  "Someone else" is often a land bot, which can act very quickly once property is available.
