I'm trying to rent a land but it says im not authenticated ?

when i try to rent land i was told to pay the land tier 99l but when i try it says im not authenticated i dont know what that means , what do i do ?

I was told i dont need a premium account to rent estate but it wont let me do nothing

You don't need to be premium to rent land from another resident (a landlord). You pay the scripted rent box usually once a week with Lindens. This is a resident to resident action, so Linden Lab has nothing to do with it. This is not "tier".

Tier is what you pay directly to Linden Lab (in US dollars) for the right to hold virtual land. Tier is paid from your credit card or PayPal through the Linden Lab auto-debit web system (actually this is just like what happens when you buy Lindens on the Lindex or through the "Buy Lindens" button in your viewer). 

If you are having problems with a scripted rent box in-world, you will have to contact the owner of the rent box. I am guessing, but maybe you have to join a "tennent group" first? Most landlords have a special group for their renters. In order to be able to rez anything on the land you are renting, you have to be wearing the group tag.
