I have a mailand parcel for rent. How I can give full rights to the tennant ?

You have to make a group, and deed your land to this group...then invite your tenant to the group, and give him/her the rights you want to give him/her, by making a special role for the tenant....Remember though, never to give a group-member the owner-role, because then you can never eject that member again.
