Could you advice me that how to change private SIM payment from monthly to annually ?
I have 5 SIMs 
I would like to change payment methods 3 SIMs from monthly payment to annually payment.

Also I would like to bank transfer for the payment.
Can you issue invoice for the pauments?

Please see Rolig's smart advice! I've strikethrough'd my own.

Pretty sure this isn't possible. You pay tier monthly, along with everyone else.

LL don't support bank transfers or invoicing.

P.S. Sim isn't an acronym, there's no reason to capitalise it. It's short for simulator (vs. Subscriber Identity Module).

Under some circumstances -- if you are a non-profit or educational organization, for example -- you can change to a six-month or annual billing cycle instead of a monthly one. The organization I work with in SL pays on a six-month cycle.  To do that, you'll need to talk with someone in the LL billing office.  You may also want to look at http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Buying-Private-Regions/ta-p/700045/comment-id/432#Section_.6
