Premium or not has nothing to do with it.

There could be many reasons why someone does not hear a music or media stream.  One of the most common occurs when the media player you are using is one of the newer ones making use of "shared media" and your guests are not familiar with it.  They have to click the little player gadget that appears on their screen after they click your player device.

There could be other problems.  Maybe they do not have QuickTime, Java and Flash installed on their computer.  Maybe their Preference settings are not correct.  Maybe they don't have audio configured right on their computer.  Give 'em these links:
