Trouble with simple script

Hello,

I use on  touch_start the llInstantMessage(llDetectedKey(0),"test");

The person who clicked the prim, gets the test in local chat as he should.

The same message method doesnt work inside a http_response as it says "Invalid Key passed to instant message."

Could someone tell me how to make it work?

the http_response event isn't triggered by a SL object or agent - thus llDetectedKey() doesn't work with - this raises the error you get.

So, any way to send a response to the avatar who touched the prim?

Or should I let my server send back the id of the person to sl?

This is one possibility. But you could just store the key in a global variable in the touch event.
