Demo and Retail vendor script?

Hi! I'm trying to keep prims down, so I'm looking for a script that can sell both demo and retail objects from a single prim. A ton of creators have that ability in their in-world store, so I'm assuming it's a script. 

Basically, customer left clicks for demo, right clicks > buy for retail product. If anyone can point me in the right direction to achieving this, I'd appreciate it a ton.

You can do that with any vendor script that handles more than one product.  Just set the price for one item (your demo) to L$0.  You can find vendor scripts in Marketplace or in many script libraries in world, and on line.  Or you can post in the Wanted forum.
