May's Retreat, interracial resort needs a GM!

As the name says, we are an adult interracial resort situated in a 24/7 vacation like sim...the GM will be responsible for the day to day business like leading the team, make sure the sim owner's rules are enforced and overall get in more members, making sure they feel at home and point them to the nice spots the sim has to offer. Also come up with themes for parties in cooperation with our event manager.

Sounds like a dreamjob? It can be.

You'll need people skills, experience, affiliation with interracial themes and not be afraid of open sex.
