Can I share items with  a  premium membership if the other person does not have one?

To answer youth question in parts....

1) You can rez and allow friends to use your objects that have scripts that allow others access. Couches, Dances, Cars [some], etc. come to mind.

2) Premium Gifts are not transferable and rarely allow guest access via the included scripts.

3) Basically, if you can rez it others can enjoy it.

Your membership status does not affect the ability to transfer or share objects. The aggregated permissions of the objects and its textures & scripts affect who can do what with an object.
