received folders missing inventory

seems I have lost a lot of things from the Received folder.....   and they are not comming up after clear and reload commands...

No, LL doesn't do that.

Rather than the clear cache commands in your viewer, you can do a more thorough job with a manual cache clesr.  See this page: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear

Also, in the future, don't keep stuff in Received items.  I don't KNOW that loss is more likely from there than from any other folder, but it's supposed to be a temporary "in box" for items you buy from the Marketplace.  Move them into the appropriate folder of your main inventory.
