I bought a house and went to my land and its not in my menu for me to rez but money gone what do I do?

Most homes come in rez boxes.  You put the box on the ground.  If you don't get a menu when you rez it out, touch the box and you should get one with rez as an option.

When the house rezzes out you'll probably have to adjust the location or rotation.  If you move or rotate the rez box the house will move and rotate with it.

Look in the instructions that came with the house to find out what to do when the house is located properly.  Each rez system is a bit different here so we can't tell you what to do.

If the rez box isn't working contact the creator for a replacement.

With the "menu" I think you mean in your inventory?

If you bought the house on MarketPlace, you will find the box with your house in your inventory, under the tab: Marketplace. Or in your folder named: Received items.

Can you still not find the house, then try to contact the shop where you bought it...they will perhaps resend to you.
