You need to have transfer permission and to be sure that the creator has not forbidden transfer of full perm items (textures, animations, mesh components ...) that were sold as bulding components. Assuming that's the case, all you have to do is either drop them in a Magic Box as one-of-a-kind items for your Marketplace shop or set them out in world with a price on them.  You may want to read
