Missing inventory

My inventory is gone, like LOTS of items, I have reset my computer, cycled my modem, cleared cache.

 

Tried a different computer, different internet connection.

your caches need to download, however if your inventory is still miss items.

top of this page, you see 4 tabs

click the one   knowledge base

type into the search box,  inventory or how to find missing inventroy.

from the drop down menu you get lots of options just click on the one you think may help

and read it.

Do a MANUAL cache clear (see this link for instructions): http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear

Then go to an empty, low lag region like Smith, Heckendorf, or Pooley.  WAIT for your inventory to load.  You can speed that up by typing text into the inventory search window, and you can IM your friends, but don't change outfits, teleport, or otherwise mess with your inventory until it has finished loading.

If this does not bring back your missing items, then try it again.  If it STILL hasn't recovered, you will need to call out the big guns.  You can file a Support Case with Linden Lab for persistent inventory loss issues, BUT you will need to have a Premium account.  It may be worth your while to buy a month's Premium subscription, if you are not currently a paid member.

One other possibility...did you by any chance get an email from LL saying that they removed things from your inventory and replaced them with generic items?  If so, those missing items were illegal copies and were removed due to a DMCA takedown notice filed by the items' creator.  In this case there is absolutely nothing you can do.
