I'm suddenly unable to open a box from a vehicle I bought?

I got this unscripted model of a Dodge Demon and I was earlier able to open it but suddenly I can't? I simply set the box down like in the screenshot linked below and when I use right mouse Open is now a transparent option and I can't select it.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Additionaly, sorry if I posted this in the wrong Q&A section I wasn't sure about which one to do.

Are you in an area where you are allowed to rez objects, and are you wearing the correct tag? Is the model copy only, and have you already removed it from the box?

That can happen when the asset server is having difficult communicating with the region you are on.

I would take the box back into your inventory, re-rez it, and try again.    If that doesn't work, try taking the box to another region where you can rez things (e.g. a sandbox) and try there.
