How do I make a shopping wish list to share with my friends

Although your MP shopping cart or your favorite items can be considered as a kind of shopping list, you cannot share these with others as links. Nobody but you can see your MP account. I can't think of another way than creating a notecard and pass it to your friends. 

Or, create a blog!
