Can't transfer contents to my inventory

So I bought this Complete avatar worth 1,200 lindens. Attached it to me, Clicked the "Edit" button, Went for the Content tab, but when I try to drag the contents to my inventory, it wont. The mouse pointer has a padlock icon with it when i try to drag it to my inventory. What should I do? Really frustrated right now. Thanks

If the contents are no-copy, then you shouldn't be able to drag them to inventory.  Also, if you are wearing the object, it should be impossible to transfer its contents.

Don't attach the box to yourself.  Drag it from your inventory onto the ground, in a place where you are allowed to rez objects.  Right click the box and choose Open.

Done it a few times before, but this time it won't.

Okay now I'm beyond frustrated. I did what you said, I dragged it from the inventory to the ground but the item went missing. I don't know where to get it back or how. Please help meeeeee God, I'm so stupid!!!!
