The usual way to change textures on your Linden home is by using the Control Panel on the webpage that controls your Linden Home. Touch the control panel in-world and select the [ Go to page ] button to be presented with your Linden Home Control Panel Webpage. Under the [ SELECT A CATEGORY: ] area will be your texture options for your linden home.

If you have purchased a home from the MarketPlace, did you purchase one with modify permissions granted to you as the owner? If not, you can;t make any changes except for what the builder programmed into the home using any control panel that they may have made available for you to utilize.
