Missing Photos on Profile Web Tab

Recently my web tab on profiles in game has changed for the worse and I don't know how to get it back to how it was. 

I used to be able to take a snapshot and save to profile then see it in the web tab, along with any comments or loves, but now all that is there is a white page with various blue links at the top like home or people, my own name and photo and not much else. 

Does anyone else have this problem?  Is there a fix?

Has nobody else got this problem?.... or just don't know how to fix it? .... I'm wondering if it's just me????  Can someone answer please?  thanks

a screen shot could help.

if it looks like the formatting is missing from the profile pages, check if your viewer is up to date.

this year, a security problem called "POODLE" affecting the whole web caused many web sites, including the ones used by LL to serve profiles, to change their encryption settings. SSL3 was disabled and replaced by TLS.

updated viewers have been patched to be compatible with these new settings.

I am not able to upload photos to my profile web tab.I thought it was because i was limited but found out different please help
