I stupidly cancelled my main account in a moment of madness several weeks ago... of course I regretted it a few days later and filed a ticket to ask for it to be reactivated. I can not access my account on the web any longer so the normal reactivation was not possible. Weeks have passed and I have sent 92304823 requests to Support begging, pleading for my account to be reactivated. I spend over $10,000 a week on rent, clothing etc. and have been an SL resident for over 4 years now. Unfortunately I do not have a Premium account - I really dont think this should matter though once you are a genuinely good customer and spending Lindens. In addition, I live in Europe so its not easy to call the support lines with time zones and I have heard they are pretty hopeless anyway.
Just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions as to how I can process this faster - I am having crazy withdrawals and an overwhelming urge to buy Maitreya Moxie shoes for past 3 weeks . Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated or if you have had similar experience - how long did it take for your account to be reactivated? Thanks all

I've been waiting for a ticket to even be looked at for over half a year... good luck.

OMG! I was hoping to hear ... "maybe a few more days" ... any excuse to get drunk and drown my sorrows I guess. Thanks for your reply Jo

I have been waiting on my ticket to be looked at for 2 weeks, but its not for something like acount reactivation.

I submitted a ticket last August for a group land problem. It was only looked at a couple weeks ago. So I'd say it's going to be a couple of months of wait at least before they even get your ticket in their radar. Don't wait standing.

I don't think LL is working on any of the Tickets any more .. sence there are ppl that have been waiting for half or a whole year and still nothing ... i think it is best to just stop on that and just move on.
It is becomming clear that LL just don't seem to care about you any more just the bottom line for the Company and the Board so that ticket will go unawnserd and you will be wandering why and when .. just let it go and move on .. sorry to hear that you cancled your main account tho and gl on the new sl life.

Thanks Kyoshiro, I hate to admit it but you are probably right. I feel such an ass for hitting that cancel button but was so sure I could get it back - they say they will hold it for several months and I asked to reactivate within a few days. I hope this is a warning to anyone else who is tempted in a moment of anger to cancel - please don't, sleep on it and I bet you feel differently a few days later.

That's awful Calveen, I'm sure your problem has long resolved itself by now. Sadly I think I have no choice but to forget my AV and her amazing inventory (cries loudly!). Thanks for your reply
