Unableto remove another's object

Hoping to find an answer. I rent a skybox and have for a long while from this person. One day I returned to find a giant bed in my skybox that was not rezzed by me. So far it has been there for a year with no resolution. Any suggestions?

I have tried

reporting it several times with no resolution

contacting the item owner (haven't logged in since 2013)

Contacted previous item owner - messages couldn't go through so I assumed they are capped and no longer log

Contacted land owner who could not return it

Is there anything I can do to get rid of this thing? It's literally in my box and taking up prims I can't use.

The land owner should be able to return any object on his land. If he can't then something is wrong at the SL end in which case it is the land owners responsibility to open a ticket and get it resolved. Land owners have good support from SL, there is no excuse.

If the land owner won't help then move. There is plenty of land in SL.

Try contacting an estate manager for the sim ... Just because someone owns a parcel does not mean they have estate rights..

i would find out who owns the actual sim and go from there contacting the sim owner and or estate managers for that sim

If no one can return it even an estate manager it could be a ghosted prim, the sim needs to be restarted and then returned by the sim owner, the one's name who owns the actual sim from LL . THen if that doesn't work make a ticket and LL will get rid of it.
