Ok so i want to get rid of a full region sim... what are all the steps needed for it?

 

Like i just abandon it and be done... with it or is there more to it to stop LL from charging?

You should try to sell it first, IMO...

 

Transferring or canceling an estate

It is possible to transfer an estate by transferring all Private Regions in the estate to another Resident. For details on transferring Private Regions, see the Managing Private Regions.

If you would like to terminate ownership of an estate without transferring it, please submit a support case of the type Land & Region > Region Cancellation Request, with all the relevant fields completed.

There are also a number of inworld groups that will let you advertise.

Good luck and just remember that USD$100 (or L$28,000 for L$ transfers) will be deducted from the seller's (your) account (http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Managing-Private-Regions/ta-p/700115#Section_.3) upon completion of the sale (so if you just want to dump it on someone else so they can give LL USD$295/mo, have them at least cover the transfer fee, unless you want to be really generous :smileyvery-happy:).
