Plumtree not showing in the Linden Home

Hi Guys, today i wanted to get my Linden Home Plumtree. That did not work, id said yiu are in arreas or something is wrong with your credit. Well everything is paid and the fees for my additional mainland are due on 08.22.14. si i tryed it again with another computer and now there is no Plumtree on the webside. So what did i do wrong.
