[Hoegoe Kawashima]

I am an avid photographer, and I really enjoy selling high-quality seamless textures. I'm looking for a small shop; it doesn't have to be too big. (Something around 100 prims would be great.) I wanted to find someplace that isn't mainland, and some place that doesn't have a lot of rotating, full-bright textures with floating, lime green text. I want a place with fairly steady traffic, on a sim that doesn't look half bad. Does anyone know any place like this that is fairly reasonable? Please let me know.

Please send me a sample, and a note card of what your vision is for your shop. We can talk. I have some space on a sim I can devote to a small shop. I might wish to choose or approve the building, and there might be some rules but the rent would be free.

"McClickit Resident" or my partner "KadieTyme Resident" for the LM. There are different size shops available in your price range and very nice. We also have a "Warehouse" in a different location for "Xstreet Magic Box" storage/rental. Then there is also an "Event" area which is rentable for any Special Events. Best of Luck!

I think these samples should show you easily enough that I'm capable.

Honestly, I'm just looking for a moderate place, making enough to just pay the rent, and possibly more, depending on how I feel.

I would recommend 2 places; Hurley sim and Blue Water Mall.  Hurley sim you can buy land and the prices are cheap.  In fact, there is a small empy parcel right next to my store.  You can then put your store in search since you are a land owner.  At the Blue Water Mall, you do not have those rights but the stores are very nice and the manager is a really great guy.  The same goes for the owner of the Hurley sim.  I have included a Lm for my main store.  You would also have more prim available for the small parcel.  You can use up 100 prim pretty fast and not even realize it.  Here is the slurl to my store.
