Yummy Inc. currently has store spaces available.

We are a LGBT friendly community, a proud GA Estate, with great traffic throughout the week and steady sales for vendors who offer quality products and keep their stores current.

We offer 30% commision rent free store option or pay per prim weekly rentals. (Traffic and sales have declined due to summer, but we still have a great deal of shoppers and new visitors every day!  Our vendors who are keeping their stores fresh with new quality items are seeing the most success. Our daily traffic in sim is legitimate - no bots, no campers, no afk people floating 4000m above parcels to boost numbers.

Our shopping mall / plaza consists of 12 stores, ranging in size from 512sq.m to 2048sq.m. 

We're located on our own full sim, not a rental. Have been open since Sept 2013.

You wont be asked to rearrage or move your items for constant redecoration or remodelling. (We're always looking for ways to improve the visitors' experience at Yummy Inc, but if we do renovations to the store fronts, or the sim itself, they will not effect you in a negative way by forcing you to move your items on a regular basis.)

You will get your own dedicated parcel with your own landing spot set to the group of YOUR choice so that you have the ability to post events, and advertise your store on our sim and promotions. We will pay to keep your store listed in search and set your land title and description to optimize visitor hits.

Our current vendors include brand new designers as well as very well known and established designers: LRD, Sascha's Designs, Tori's Stylez, Ruca Tease, J-Designs, and more.

We have 2 club venues on our sim, a movie theater, game tables, romantic garden area, fishing contests, etc.

We work very hard to promote your business and your items with your cooperation. We simply ask that you keep me updated on new releases so we can help advertise - we frequently share your new releases on facebook, in world, at events, on our website, in our groups, and by wearing them!

Sponsorship options are available and encouraged.  We work hard to ensure the success of our vendors on our sim as their success is benefitial to everyone at Yummy Inc.

Our staff and VIPS enjoy shopping on our sim as they know it helps us with our overhead expenses and ability to take good care of our staff and hold events. They anticipate new releases and enjoy the various products offered.

 

We want -

- Designers who are looking to increase their sales and network.

- Designers who are able to compliment our establishment by offering unique quality items and keep their stores updated with new products and releases on a regular basis.

- Designers who are current with their merchandise and offer products people will want to purchase. (If you havent made anything new in the last 2 years it's not current).

- Designers who are willing to participate in special events and promotions when able. (We do a Halloween Hunt, a Christmas Hunt, we participate in the GA Summerfest (our vendors all get a free booth and sponsorship opportunity), November we will be doing a HIV/AIDS awareness campaign with the support of vendors and sponsors gridwide, etc.)

- Hair, Skin, Jewelry, Accessories, Slink Shoes, etc are in demand on our sim.

We do NOT want -

- Formalwear Vendors are not needed as we have 3 stores currently that offer a selection of bridal / formalwear and I do not wish to add any more competition on our sim for these designers as they are currently doing very well.

- Designers who will "compete" against their store on our sim with their main store (ae: if you're going to promote that you give 10% off at your mainstore to avoid having to pay 30% commission, we don't need to speak.)

- Affiliate Vendors - no, you wont make enough to cover the rent to res out vendors for A&A or Sexy Peach, sorry. Since 1000 other people are selling the SAME affiliate package at every other mall you're not going to do well with it here. If it did well, we'd put it out ourselves :) (We have made SOME exceptions)

- Designers who wont actually set their items to split commission. Dirty pull we don't like it.

- Individuals who purchase full perm items on the MP and drop generic textures from google on them and call themselves designers. Sorry, again you're not going to do well... most people have caught on now that they can buy full perm items from Meli Imako and do it themselves if that's all you've got.

- Designers with rediculous prices for their products. Yes your items may be absolutely stunning, but if people cannot afford them they're not as likely to purchase them. Likewise, If you're selling everything you make for $50L despite the fact that people may actually pay more... you're taking money away from yourself (and us if we're on a commission split). If your items are only worth $50L... we would probably prefer to save the store space for another designer.

- Bots, Models, and excessive use of high scripted objects that are not necessary for your business.
