Fairy Fanshaw
I watched the tutorial about how to and in that video the program WeGame is used. Also the program Xfire is mentioned.I decided to download WeGame as Torley Linden used it in the tutorial. That was not a good idea, as it refused to start up; it was saying all the time it could not get updates. Host unknown or something like that. I decided to look at the WeGame forum and I was amazed what i read there.People all calling each other names and a VERY grumpy host that refused to answer questions, asked friendly. That gave me a bad impression and i uninstalled WeGame from my computer. What are you all (the ones that record video's in SL) using? And is it user friendly?Greetings,Fairy
Dilbert Dilweg
Never heard of it and when did Torley mention it For Making movies?? Is it the lame wepeople that SL purchased? Most peole use Fraps or Cam studio to make Movies. Check out the Machinima forum for all the info on that http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Machinima-Forum/bd-p/machinima_forum also Check out the Machinima Wiki http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Machinima
Ziggy21 Slade
Fraps is very commonly used, for recording in SL. I use Adobe Premiere to edit - but theres loads of cheaper programs - Ulead Video Studio is a good cheap user friendly editor

Clarissa Lowell
Snapz Pro X. It can record anything on your screen. It is pretty easy. That is for Mac. Please people make more funny SL videos. There just aren't any. Soda Lemondrop's were genius but he deleted them ALL. I wore black for a week!
Jager Xeltentat
Try Hypercam. You designate what part of your screen you wish to record and then record away. Hypercam is also free. You can find it here: http://www.hyperionics.com/
