If that were a question on an opinon poll I'd answer:

A good rule of thumb is "Wanted" is for items that are wanted, Like "I want to buy a script that does xyz". People could reply with a suggestion on where to get one on MP or inworld., Whereas, "Inworld Employment" is for people that are wanted to perform services, Like "I want (to hire a scripter to make) a custom script that does xyz".  Obviously a scripter would reply or someone with a referral to a scripter.
