It's great to have it back, though it'd be better if it didn't get hidden again after triage.  Additional comments with updated incidents with further info could help narrow down the issue, or reveal other potential causes.

Good question there.  It doesn't say it will be hidden, just that comments will be closed.

Perhaps you should ask that in the thread started for comments.

This will be fine and dandy until the jira trolls restart up,  they was playing jira gods, closing comments, closing bug reports, deleting reports.  quite a big bunch of crap.  honestly.  it needs to be watched this time and those who act like that will need punted.

In other news, there is a brand spanking new anonymous Linden, Community Linden, foisted on us with no explanation of role or accountability. The good part of the news is that their feed is open, which presumably means that they are accepting comments, suggestions and invitations to party.

Until they lock it down again...

Thank you for undoing that idiotic policy. Being able to see what the bugs are should help get them fixed faster. Yeah, some people can be rude and demanding with bugs that affect them, but for the most part, I'd rather know something was a known bug and being looked at. At least then I'd have hope it might get fixed.
