I recently bought an item on the marketplace. The item came in a box that I needed to rez somewhere. I rezed the box somewhere and opened it, i got everything exept the item (Scripts). I clicked edit on the box i had rezed and the item i was trying to get was in the contents section. I am unable to retrive the item because it is no transfer or share. I tried multiple times to get the item by opening the box and everytime it would just give me eveything exept the object.

I don't understand why the item's being no-transfer has anything to do with the problem, since it belongs to you.   You can't transfer it, but that's not the point.

Try this.   Go to an area where you can rez things.  Rez the box, and then select it using the building editor.   Click on the final tab in the editor, "Contents," and open your Inventory.  Drag the script over from the box and drop it into your scripts folder.

I don't really see why you need the script, if you know that all it does is give you the items in the box.    Unpacker scripts like that are usually written so they don't give themselves, anyway.

This has got a bit confusing because you keep swapping terminology as you describe the problem. You mention an item, scripts, and an object as contents you want to retrieve from the box. 'Object' and 'script' mean very specific things in SL, 'item' could be just about anything. As a result, people have different interpretations of the problem.

What is in the box that you can't retrieve? An object or a script?

Did you buy an actual script, or did you buy something else, and the script is just something in the box you think you might need?

If you can be clear about the problem, we'll find it easier to help you. You might also find this useful...
