Help How to get support when it doesn't fit catagory.

I am so frustrated. I have read the knowledge base checked the blogs and foound nothing to fix my problem which is that

my web profile and in world profile are not communicating. I have 2 different profiles. InWorld I have money and friends and groups. Web profile shows I have a partner and a -10L balance with no friends or groups or nothing.

I went to submit a support ticket and they only have specific catagories which mine does not come under. 

So how am I supposed to resolve this?  Friends say to call them but I see no number listed anywhere.

any suggestions?

Use "Other" and just explain the problem.
