I have all the boxes checked (they havnt been unchecked for years- since I checked them, so ever) but now for some reason are unable to find me on the map, even when they are in the same region as me, or standing right near me! Edited to add, they have always been able to find me before this, this has been repeatedly happenening in the last few days.Anyone know how to fix this? its weird! thanks for any help!! I am thinking that if this 'problem' has occurred after this week's deploys (which take place most Tuesdays), this could well be a temporary issue that may or may not fix itself with the following week's deploys. Marigold Devin Posted March 9, 2014 Share Posted March 9, 2014 If you are using one of the third party viewers - ie Firestorm - please also pick the brains of other Firestorm users via group chat - just in case its some kind of temporary incompatibility. And, of course, let us know here what you try and if you find out anything else. Other responses and suggestions will likely follow mine too. Its a curious issue for sure. Marigold Devin Posted March 9, 2014 Share Posted March 9, 2014 Maybe a temporary workaround - pay a visit to your dashboard https://secondlife.com/my/?lang=en-US Your friends list is halfway down on the left hand side of your dashboard screen, and all your friends who allow you to have mapping rights will be highlighted in a different colour to the other avatars.
