Cant view profiles all of a sudden

I've been using the latest firestorm viewer for a while now, but 2 days ago I stopped being able to view anyone's profile.  I have checked and unchecked the "use web profiles by default" box (which is what I want), I did a clean install of firestorm, and even did a system restore on my computer back to a few days ago in case somehow I was missing a driver or something, but nothing is working.  I want to be able to see the person's web profile from inside my viewer, as I've always done.  

Can someone please tell me what I'm failing to do here?

FYI : Running Firestorm 4.6.7 (42398) .

 

No issues in obtaining your profile within the viewer.

I can see the old style profiles and also the web profiles ok in Firestorm 4.6.7.42398.

(Sorry, I have no idea what might be going on in your system.)

I'll take a guess you are having this problem BUG-7742

Install the Linden viewer from https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ and if web profiles display correctly in that viewer, go into the Linden viewer install folder and find the folder named llplugin.

Copy the llplugin folder and replace the llplugin folder in the Firestorm install folder with the one from the Linden viewer.

This should fix the problem for now.

This bug will be fixed in the next release of Firestorm (real soon now ™)
