Welcome to Second Life Forums, Ahkiish

Look inworld in the Searches for rental properties.  You can usually lease from one week to however long you want, but you'll have to shop around to find something of the size and type at the price you want to pay.

Good luck.

200L a week or 200L for the entire month? If for the month, good luck,

The cheapest rental I have ever seen is a tiny 1 room skybox that ran around 59L a week and came with only 25prims.  It wasn't on its own parcel so you didn't have control of any media.  The only thing you could do was set your home to there..  200L a month isn't enough to cover the landlords tier expenses for a month for the smallest lot size of 512sqm at the lowest tier rate available.  200L a month is less than $1US, and a 512sqm cost $5US a month in tier to the landlord.  I doubt your going to find anything if that is what you are looking to pay.

You may find something at 200L a week, but its going to be very small without much to it.

As I remember now the cheapest i ever paid was 100L a week for an apartment and I think I got 50 prims with that.  There were 10 apartments in the building and we were stacked up one on top of the other.  Talk about no privacy.  I had a daddy's girl move in on the floor below me who didn't know how to use IM and it was constant, "yes Daddy, do it to me Daddy, your so good Daddy."

I didn't live there too long but do still fondly remember my first rental.

Sadly, Linden Homes have killed off a lot of the newb friendly low cost housing in SL.  There are a lot of abandoned SIM's because of that.

The basic metric in Second Life, say that prims will cost you $2L/prim/week.  After all, prims are the only real commodity in Second Life.  You can get it cheaper, but not monumentally cheaper.  Given $200L/month.. or $50L/week, that would get you 25 prims. Not really a whole bunch you can do with that.

Well, we do know where they say most men's brains are, or at least what part of our body we tend to think with.
