Best Set-Up for Fast Paces Combat Sim ?

 I have been going to a sim that involves very fast run and shoot actions and I have been plagued with lag and jerky movement, crashes and my avi freezing and drifting out into space. The other players seem to not have so much problem and I am being annihilated and sometimes I can't even shoot back.

 Can someone PLEASE recommend a viewer, and settings etc. that might help with this? I'd really appreciate it !

 

 BTW I have a new HP Desktop with a Dual core 2.8 Ghz CPU, 4G RAM and a Radeon HD 6670 and am on a cable connection that tests at 15Mbs. Cougo

Best settings are usually lower than normal for combat, make sure shaders are disabled and make sure your bandwidth is at max with a large cache so it can store all the data.
