I'm trying to make clothing for lola's tangos just using the breast part of the design, instead of just doing the offsets so that area is shown on the tangos easy and fast. I'm making clothing with a print, so if I do it the "easy" way the print is too big and distorted. I've been googling this and found thath the texture for the tangos should be 256 by 256. Is that correct? Also, can someone point me in the direction of the templates, I know they come in developer's kit, are so tiny, I made them larger inworld and did a screen shot. Been resizing them from 256by 256 to 512 by 512 and neither works properly. The larger one shows up with the print really distorted, and the smaller pops on the breasts for a few seconds, then poof is gone. This is making me nuts. please help! thank you

I don't have mesh breasts or make clothing from them.  But from my experience doing textures for a variety of things I think the print is distorting because it is being stretched over the breasts as it follows the contours of the breasts.

For it to look right you are going to have to distort the print on your template so it doesn't look distorted on the breasts. Not so "easy and fast".  Hopefully you got a UV map of the breasts to help you figure this out.

You're using the template given to you in the developers kit right? Sandi gives you all the tools needed when you purchase a set. I don't know if the new fitmesh Dalinq's are any different in the tango/mirage templates as I haven't bought any yet. But she's got the instructions for you in reguards to configuration and the templates are in 1024x1024 so that the texture looks its best.

As for the size of the pattern, you'll have to play that before you slap it under the template layer and figure out what looks good by trial and error.

::I see now that you're taking pictures of the developers kit, you can save those to your pc so you can open them in your photoshop/gimp/whatever. open the template and down at the bottom click the arrow next to the 'save' button and save as PNG. Note where it's going and open it up. That's why you're having distortion issues.
