Lost local chat window

Hello.

For random reason, i can't find my local chat windows when i press ctrl + h, it do the sound of opening/closing but it's impossible to see or to locate as it must be outside of screen for no reason...

Any way to reset its position

 

Edit: Fixed it. forgot you can move the button around, the tip was hidden behind it

Be sure that you are in full screen mode.  Then start looking around the edges of the screen for a tiny sliver of your chat window.  You probably shoved it way to the edge to get it out of the way.  Drag it back.
