Hello a lot of my shopping history is missing. I bought some Amaretto horse food and other items. In order for the them to resend it I need the information from teh history. Please help.

If you mean the Transaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account, that's no surprise.  Records are only kept there for 32 days.  Most merchants and landowners remember to download their Transaction History once a month so they don't lose them.  If you mean your Marketplace Order History, though, that lasts forever.  I have never heard of records missing from there.  If it has happened to you, you should submit a support case with as much detail as possible.
