Do splodders count as a skills game or do they need to come down

I worked at some clubs managing the splodders and was fired cuase owners believed that they couldnt have them due to the new skills game policy.  I was wondering if splodders are included as they arent  a skills game they are more a chance game.  So can they put splodders back up?  Are splodders part of the new skills game rules?

It is NOT a skill game, thats why it is not allowed.

But skill games would have to be moved to skill game regions. But I'm not a lawyer at all, I could be wrong

What sven said is partly correct - if the sploders are pay to join.

BUT if they are for free, like the "Voodoo" or "No Lose" sploders, they do not fall under any of those categories and remain legal! :-)

Sploders were at least technically illegal even before the new Skill Games policy.  They are games of chance and fall under the Gambling policy

However, enforcement has been very spotty and many clubs continue to operate sploders.
