Can't claim my Premium Membership gift?

I became a premium member; I've gone to the Premium-Member kiosk locations and tried clicking to claim my item, but it hasn't been delivered. It just keeps saying, "Your item is on it's way!"

 

Is this normal for it to not be in my inventory after 6+ hours?

It's not normal, no.  But it's not unheard of, either.  Try again tomorrow!

The new premium gift was just made available on Friday, and demand has been very high.  I suspect that the servers have been swamped with requests.  The best strategy is to wait a day or two till things calm down.  That pirate airship is worth waiting for.  It's awesome.  :smileyhappy:

Just out of curiosity ....  Did you check your Received Items folder?  Even one step before that ... Did you click the box to Accept your premium gift when you got the message that said it was on its way?
