Hello,

since 3 days my Xstreet box dont work and not sync with the marketplace...i need your support or help.

I've already tried a few things. I have also set up a new box, but it also did not work. The sim where the box is placed is private not public. I speak German and English with a translator

The most common reason that a magic box doesn't communicate is that the land parcel it is rezzed on does not have scripts enabled OR scripts are enabled for a specific group only.  If they are enable for a group, you need to make sure that the magic box is set to that group.  That will usually happen when you rez the box assuming you are wearing your group tag.  But sometimes even that doesn't work.  So you need to edit the magic box and make sure it is set to the correct group that is allowed to run scripts on the land parcel.
