Hello, I'm a new person in second life and I'm interested in designing clothes.

But I dont know how, dont know which soflware is useful to use.Can you help me with this?

hi & welcome,

desiging clothes is done mainly with your choice of paint programmes, using a template for desired part of clothing,head,upper body, lowerbody,skirt,, etc,

Gimp being a popular and free open source paint programme,

Here is a list of some useful links with some great tutorials on them as well click me for stuff

I'd particularly recommend, of the tutorials listed in the link tielle provided, the ones by Natalia Zelmanov.  They're a bit dated now, but they're still an excellent, step-by-step introduction to the methods and techniques you'll need.
