Paid for a outfit not recieved. Sent notecard twice to creator. No response.

Question

I bought a outfit from a affliate with a top creator i dont think i can mention in here, Never rec'd it. I sent 2 notecards 1/12 weeks apart to the creator. No word back. I filed a ticket with Linden labs also. No word back either. I just found out my email was one letter wrong so that explains no response from linem labs. What to do now? resend to Linden?

The first obvious thing to do is to correct your e-mail address.  Then go to your Support History and submit an amended support case, refering to the one you submitted earlier and explaining yiour e-mail problem.  Depending on the details of the transaction, Linden Lab may (or may not) be willing to redeliver the item or refund your L$.  The merchant is not obligated to do either, although many will.
