request script for object move stretch

hello there sorry if not understand how i explain. Here it go i want the object or scupt or mesh like that can stretch bit like up and down or different look real move. not the one that move stiff down and up. i saw new ones and script call animhandler something. i create my projects for tentacles to play and my custom animations too. just want to if u know where or can make one for me.
