how to not pass land borders

How can I make sure my objects dont cross the border. I find it kinda hard to figure out for sure sometimes. Any ideas that can help me please ?

World>Show>Property lines will highlight your parcel boundaries.

If your building in the sky you could rez and size a prim to fit and raise it to the height you are working at.

Alternatively, you could get a boundary marking system:

I just put prims down at property edges, and then stay within those confines.
