Texture scaling not in decimal form?

For some reason, the texture scaling format isn't in decimal form anymore, just whole numbers. And when I try to edit the texture's parameters, the texture won't move. Can anyone help me? :/ It'd be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Firestorm-Releasex64 4.6.5.40833

I didn't have this problem a week ago, it just suddenly appeared that way. I have tried going to other sandboxes at different altitudes, reinstalling doesn't work, and changing my graphics setting didn't do anything to help. I've tried googling too, but I couldn't find an answer.

That's very odd, and I can't seem to find a debug setting to  correct it.  However, you should still be able to type decimal values into those fields, even if the defaults show up as integers on your screen.  Have you tried that?
