Voodoo Schnyder
Hi,I have been facing some issues while trying to apply a texture to a rigged mesh object, although same problem happens when I apply this texture to a prim cube, so I think, it may be a texture related issue.I did some claws with lava effects and erased some of the wrists, leaving some alpha parts there, to make the it fade into the skin underneath. What happens next is, when I log out of SL and log back in, the texture appears blurry, as if rendering and it stays like that forever, or until I go into edit mode > texture menu: where I notice, the texture is loaded (no 'Loading...' shows, but it is there, all blured out, after 2 seconds, it'll turn back to normal. Log out, log in back and there it is, blured again.Any ideas? I tried to use .tga and .png, different compressions, 512x512, the mesh has around 200-400 polygons, still the problem persists. Nefertiti Nefarious
What are the pixel dimensions of the texture you are uploading?

Ziekling Bunnyhug
I'm having exactly the same issue, bumping this thread so I don't have to repost since this post has some nice pics and explains it. I also thought maybe it was my poly count because its very very high but looking at your post, it seems that even low counts can be effected too. Voodoo Schnyder
Edit your .DAE file and look for the centimeters part, set it to 1.0 and give it a try, if its still blurry, you can set it a little higher until it starts displaying correctly.
